Service scope
We provide AI-powered reputation management tools including automated review requests via text and email, reputation monitoring, professional review responses, review repurposing for marketing, and integrations with your CRM, Google Business Profile, and social media accounts.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure. You are liable for any activity that occurs under your account. All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.
Billing & payments
Plans are billed on a recurring basis. Payment data is securely handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are issued for partial billing periods already paid.
Data & privacy
We collect and process personal information to deliver and improve our services. This may include contact details, usage data, and customer information you upload. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Limitation of liability
